Greenwood Diligence Partners, LLC (“Greenwood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through greenwooddiligence.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not apply to information exchanged within a signed engagement, which is governed by that engagement agreement and any confidentiality terms in it.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our proposal or contact form, or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, and information about your transaction.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the Site secure and reliable.
Cookies. The Site uses only the essential and functional cookies needed to serve pages and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use advertising or third-party behavioral-tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver our services, operate and secure the Site, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our business (for example, hosting and email providers), bound by confidentiality obligations; when required by law or to protect our legal rights; and in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets. We do not rent or sell your information to third parties.
Third-party services
The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may be served from Google’s servers and subject to Google’s own privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our ordinary business and legal recordkeeping, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request that we access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing us at the address below. You can also configure your browser to refuse non-essential cookies.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
